Our Strategy

Our desire is to see every Christian school move from a position of striving to thriving! We help them do this by establishing an INFINITE financial strategy through an ENDOWMENT so that they can further sustain their mission for generations to come.

Here’s how it works!

Your immediate financial strategy is what encapsulates your annual budget. It’s what it takes to keep your doors open from year to year. It’s what you spend the most time on in planning during your board meetings. Finding the right balance of keeping a reasonable tuition rate to keep your current students (with the hopes of adding more) and paying your teachers / staff a fair livable wage. In an ever-competitive market, you want to keep top notch employees and offer programs that help enhance the student experience. Additionally, you want to keep the annual fund facilitating your margin of excellence (value add) and not just keeping your school afloat.

Your intermediate strategy supersedes the annual budget and helps you accomplish the next big goal / vision you have. This could be anything from a building expansion to the implementation of a new offering. It’s the thing that costs a little more than what the annual budget can facilitate and requires careful and often multi-year strategizing in order to attain that goal.

The reality is most schools don’t move beyond the two previous strategies… At Fortify Foundation, we want to help schools move to a position of an Infinite Financial Strategy. Setting aside a little of what God’s given us today in order to provide a more secure tomorrow. We want schools to create an additional revenue stream that will always be there to help them either weather economic downturns OR fully fund some aspect of their organization. This is what will make the difference in helping schools maintain an independent and more financially flexible future.

Benefits of an Endowment

  • Fights against future inflation.
  • Provides access to more students that might not otherwise be able to afford a Christian education.
  • Ensures your school can keep up with a competitive salary rate.
