OUR CORE VALUES
At the heart of our foundation is the unwavering conviction that Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of all we do(Ephesians 2:20). We exist to glorify God by serving His Kingdom purposes, guided by the truth of Scripture and the example of Christ’s love, humility, and servant leadership (Philippians 2:5–11). Every gift entrusted to us, every decision made, and every initiative supported is anchored in the lordship of Christ, who is ‘before all things, and in Him all things hold together’ (Colossians1:17). As a Christ-centered foundation, we seek to reflect His character, advance His mission, and point all people to the hope and redemption found in Him alone.
As stewards of God’s provision, we are called to manage every resource with wisdom, integrity, and faith. The endowment funds entrusted to our care is not ours, but God’s, given for the purpose of sustaining and advancing His work through both Fortify Foundation and its partnered institutions. Rooted in the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14–30) and the charge to be faithful with little so we may be entrusted with much (Luke 16:10), we commit to investing and distributing endowment resources in ways that honor God, serve His people, and preserve the mission for future generations. Through prayerful discernment, transparency, and accountability, we seek to multiply what has been entrusted to us for His glory.
We believe that a faithful legacy is one rooted in obedience to God, love for others, and a commitment to advancing His Kingdom beyond our own lifetime. As Psalm 78:4 declares, ‘We will not hide them from their children, but tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord.’Through wise stewardship, sacrificial generosity, and Christ- centered vision, we seek to invest in work that endures and multiplies for generations. Our legacy is not measured in earthly success, but in lives transformed by the Gospel and a lasting witness to God’s faithfulness (2 Timothy 4:7–8). In all things, we aim to plant seeds today that bear fruit for eternity.
We believe that God designed His people to work together in unity, reflecting the Body of Christ where every part is essential and every gift matters (1 Corinthians 12:12–27). Rooted in Christ’s prayer ‘that they may be one’ (John 17:21), we are committed to fostering a spirit of humility, mutual respect, and shared mission across the ministries, partners, and communities we serve. We recognize that lasting impact is rarely achieved in isolation, but throughcollaboration that honors each person’s God-given calling. As stewards of God’s resources, we seek to build Kingdom partnershipsthat reflect His love, advance His purposes, and strengthen the witness of His Church.
We acknowledge that apart from Christ, we can do nothing (John 15:5). As a foundation, we commit to seeking God first in all decisions, initiatives, and relationships, relying not on our own wisdom but on His guidance through prayer (Proverbs 3:5–6; James 1:5). We believe prayer is not just preparation for the work—it is the work. In humility and faith, we depend on the Holy Spirit to lead us, trusting that God will accomplish far more than we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20) as we walk in step with Him.
